Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 7game1 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 7game1 website located at 7game1.app, including all associated services, games, features, content, and functionality made available through the platform.

By accessing the 7game1 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 7game1 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information up to date.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. 7game1 may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and bank or e-wallet statements.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 7game1 platform. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7game1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

7game1 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security.
• Never access your 7game1 account from a shared or public device without logging out completely afterward.
• Notify 7game1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7game1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who gained access through your credentials — is your responsibility.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7game1 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 7game1 is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 7game1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 7game1 within the timeframes specified in the platform's payment policy. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 7game1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Funds deposited into your 7game1 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise specified.
• 7game1 does not pay interest on account balances held on the platform.

Bonuses and Promotions

7game1 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• 7game1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum bonus win cap specified in the promotion terms will be removed from your account balance.

7game1 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage — will have their bonuses cancelled, their winnings voided, and their account suspended or permanently closed.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 7game1 platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, fish shooting games, and virtual sports — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All games on 7game1 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios with trained dealers operating under strict procedural controls.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 7game1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in 7game1's server logs will be the definitive outcome.
• 7game1 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.
• Bets placed after the official close of a betting window — whether due to network latency or any other reason — may be voided at 7game1's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7game1 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage — any such exploitation must be reported to 7game1 support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 7game1 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 7game1 staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your true location or identity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7game1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 7game1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7game1 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 7game1 platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 7game1 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the platform.
• Use any content from the platform for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7game1 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 7game1 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 7game1 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 7game1's control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform — all wagers are placed at your own risk.

Responsible Gaming

7game1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming on 7game1 is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming stops being fun and starts causing financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 7game1 players from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your 7game1 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

Account Suspension and Closure

7game1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse or any other form of exploitation of the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 7game1 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 7game1 customer support. 7game1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents 7game1 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
